With a lifelong connection to Upstate South Carolina and a strong background in law and client service, Barbara Bryant brings dedication, organization, and local expertise to every real estate transaction. A native of Liberty and a longtime resident of Piedmont, Barbara knows the region's communities and lakes—Hartwell, Keowee, and Lake Secession—inside and out.

Licensed as a Broker in both South Carolina and Georgia, she has built her business on referrals from friends, family, and past clients who value her attention to detail, strong communication, and genuine care. She especially enjoys guiding first-time buyers, veterans, and out-of-state clients relocating to the Upstate, helping them feel confident and supported throughout the process.

In addition to her real estate career, Barbara continues to work as a paralegal, a field in which she has more than 30 years of experience. This background sharpened her organizational skills and ability to navigate complex transactions, strengths she now carries into every real estate relationship. By combining that precision with her passion for helping people, Barbara is able to guide clients seamlessly—whether they're searching for a lakefront retreat, a home in town, or a countryside property.

Outside of work, Barbara enjoys life on the lake with her fiancé, Dave, and their boat at Portman Marina. At home, she tends to her small menagerie of farm animals—including goats, chickens, and barn cats—and treasures time with her grown children and grandchildren.
