When Felicia Beltran received her first “Rookie of the Year” award back in 2006, she knew she had found her calling. What started as a career transition from mass communications and arts organizations has blossomed into nearly two decades of real estate excellence, spanning residential and commercial properties, investing, fix-and-flips, and new construction.
“Real estate changed my life,” Felicia reflects. “It motivated me to improve in all aspects and gave me the flexibility I needed as a non-traditional student raising children.”
By the time the 2008 recession hit, just as Felicia was building her career, she didn’t retreat—she dove deeper. Immersing herself in foreclosures and short sales, she turned a challenging market into an opportunity to learn and grow. This resilience and adaptability have been hallmarks of her career ever since.
“I’ve always had a strong work ethic,” she explains. “Even during tough times, I found it challenging to be idle. Real estate gave me the perfect outlet for that energy.”
