A Lynchburg area resident for more than 30 years, Josh has built his career on the foundation of community involvement and professional excellence. His impressive track record includes LAR Rookie of the Year (2004), multiple years in both the Lynchburg and Virginia Association of REALTORS Honor Societies, and service as President of the Lynchburg Association of REALTORS. Josh has chaired or served on all LAR committees and was a graduate of the first LAR Leadership Academy.

Josh's entrepreneurial spirit and leadership experience span over two decades, from founding Ballengee & Co. Inc. in 2004 to serving as Vice President and COO of a rapidly growing firm that expanded to four offices with over 100 agents. His background in management and customer service, developed through years in the restaurant and manufacturing industries, gives him a unique perspective on client relations and business operations.

When he's not helping clients achieve their real estate goals, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife Mindy of 22 years and their two daughters.
