   Include the ENRG logo to build brand equity within the region.

   • Approved logos can be found in the ENRG Brand Marketing Center.
   • If co-branding, the agent or team logo should be the same size as the ENRG logo.

   Agent name requirements

   • Must be used exactly as it appears on the license issued by the DC Real Estate Commission.
   • Advertising must not indicate that the licensee is operating independently of ENRG.

   Teams / Branding requirements

   • DC does not currently have a codified team-naming statute the way Washington and Maryland do, so ENRG applies its own brand standard consistently across markets.
   • Team names may be included in advertising and may include a logo.
   • Advertising must not contain terms that suggest a separate legal entity from ENRG Realty, such as: "Inc.", "LLC," "Corp.", "Realty," "Realtors," "Firm," or "Real Estate."
   • The words "Team" or "Group" must be included in any team name.
   • All other advertising rules must still be followed.

   Legal name of brokerage: ENRG Global Realty, LLC

   • Do not alter or stylize the ENRG name (e.g., reversed characters).
   • The ENRG logo alone is not compliant — the full legal name of the business must appear alongside it.
   • The brokerage name must be clear and conspicuous, and advertising may not be false, misleading, or deceptive as to who the licensee is affiliated with.
