Meet Michelle Collatos-Ruml

REALTOR® | ENRG Realty | Maui, Hawaiʻi

Real Estate is About More Than Homes. It's About People.

For Michelle Collatos-Ruml, real estate isn't just about buying and selling properties—it's about people, relationships, and helping others begin their next chapter.

With a genuine love for Maui and a heart for helping others, Michelle brings warmth, honesty, enthusiasm, and a personal touch to everything she does. She understands that every home has a story, every client has a dream, and every real estate journey is unique.

As a REALTOR® with ENRG Realty, Michelle believes her clients deserve more than someone who simply handles a transaction. They deserve someone who listens, cares, communicates openly, and is there for them every step of the way. Whether you're purchasing your first home, selling a place filled with memories, or searching for your next investment, Michelle approaches every opportunity with dedication, integrity, and a little bit of aloha.

Outside of real estate, Michelle has a passion for adventure and making the most of life. Whether she's traveling the world, hiking a new trail, enjoying Maui's beautiful beaches, or spending time with family and friends, she believes life is about experiences, connections, and creating lasting memories.

Her adventurous spirit, positive outlook, and genuine interest in people are qualities she brings to her real estate business every day.

Michelle's approach is simple: Be genuine. Work hard. Treat people right. And never forget that behind every transaction is a person who matters.

For Michelle, the greatest reward isn't just handing over the keys, it's knowing she helped someone take an important step toward their future.
