Working it will take more than a map. "An in-depth understanding of commute times, schools, local amenities, and ultimately understanding a client's interests and requirements help navigate the process." Local market knowledge and process expertise are what he and his team are built on, and earning the trust of sophisticated clients is what motivates them.
That care extends past transactions. David and his team are firm believers in giving back, and they are particularly passionate about animal rescue, low income housing alternatives, and the homeless issues in our cities. They donate to and often foster large breed dogs for BDRP, the Big Dog Rescue Project, a multistate rescue group. They have also prepared, assisted, and served monthly meals to families and individuals at Velocity House of Kirkland.
Off the Clock
In the Northwest, recreation is never far. "Get outdoors. Travel. The sights and experiences are endless. Mountain to Sound. Sports. Go to a game." He will also tell you the region is a food lover's paradise. Seafood, farm to table, and local establishments and cuisine he calls exceptional.
