Heather E. Towe steps in as ENRG's Designated Broker in Charge for Florida, based in Jupiter and serving agents throughout the state. For agents, that means a broker who knows the business from the inside, answers when you call, and has spent her whole career making sure the people around her have what they need to do their jobs well.
She brings fourteen years of operations experience to the role, which shapes how she thinks about supporting agents. Her focus is on building systems that hold up under pressure, so agents can spend their energy on clients rather than on fighting their brokerage's tools. She entered real estate in Charlottesville, Virginia, in 2014, relocated to Jupiter, and became licensed in Florida in 2017, expanding well beyond residential sales into coaching, team leadership, compliance, and operational design.

"I was not looking to make a lateral move from one brokerage to another. I was looking for an opportunity to contribute at the level of leadership and architecture, somewhere that recognized broker support, compliance, operations, agent development, culture, and growth as interconnected. "Jupiter and northern Palm Beach County are not one uniform real estate market. Within a relatively small geographic area, we have waterfront estates, boating communities, golf and country club properties, gated neighborhoods, condominiums, equestrian areas, new construction and established family communities. Jupiter, Tequesta, Juno Beach, Palm Beach Gardens and North Palm Beach each have their own identity."
Working it well, she says, takes more than comparable sales.
"You need to understand the lifestyle attached to the property. Waterfront buyers may care about bridge clearances, dockage and ocean access. Condominium buyers need help evaluating associations, reserves and potential assessments. They are not simply purchasing a house; they are choosing a way of life."
That systems background shapes how she leads. Through Heather Towe Advisory, she developed ToweFlow, her approach to designing low-friction real estate operations, from lead capture and client onboarding to contract-to-close coordination, compliance, and commission processing. Her locally focused brand, Jupiter Dream Life, serves buyers, sellers, and relocating clients across Jupiter and northern Palm Beach County.
"I believe information should be entered once, ownership should be clear, technology should serve the process, and agents should not have to fight their brokerage's systems to do their jobs. My goal is always to create as little friction as possible without sacrificing accountability or compliance."
Community is central to how she works. She created Next Level Networking to bring local professionals together, and she is developing contract classes, agent roundtables, and educational resources for ENRG's Florida agents.
"I do not see leadership as a title. To me, leadership means creating an environment where people have the information, support, and confidence they need to make good decisions."
Off the Clock
Heather's faith is the foundation of her life, and she values time with her family and her very opinionated toy poodle, Albie. She is happiest outdoors, especially at, on, or under the water, whether that is the beach, paddleboarding, or scuba diving. For anyone visiting Jupiter, she recommends DuBois Park and the Jupiter Inlet, kayaking or exploring the trails at Riverbend Park, and leaving plenty of time for the beach and a meal overlooking the water.
