How You Build Wealth

Commission

Keep what you earn from day one

85/15 Split

From your first transaction, you keep 85% of every commission.

$15k Annual Cap

Once you've paid $15k to the brokerage, you're done for the year.

100% After Cap

Every dollar after cap goes straight to you.

Standard Costs:
  • $199 launch fee
  • $1,000 brokerage fee (split over first 4 transactions at $250 each, or $850 if paid upfront)
  • $50 risk management fee per transaction (no cap)

No Monthly or Transaction Fees Until You Cap!

Post-Cap Transaction Fees:

  • $250 for the first 20 transactions post-cap
  • $125 for transactions 21-60 post-cap
  • $75 for each transaction after that

Example: Close $3M in volume at 3% ($90k GCI). You pay $15k to cap, keeping $75k. After that, you keep 100% minus small transaction fees. At a 70/30 brokerage? You'd keep just $63k total.

FLQA (Front Line Qualifying Agent) is an agent you personally sponsored into ENRG who is in good standing and productive. All sponsored agents automatically count as qualifying for the first six months after joining. After that, they need to generate $3,000 in company dollar over a rolling six-month period to remain qualified.

Life & Business Partners

A Domestic Team operates as one cohesive unit. Team members share a single revenue & equity position, ENRG-provided technology accounts, and brokerage fees, while enrollment fees remain individual responsibilities. A Domestic Team always consists of two individuals who represent a unified bond in business and in life.

Core Team

Structured Leadership

A Core Team operates with a Team Leader who is expected to provide strategic direction, training, leads, and other services for Team Members in exchange for a minimum of 15% of the total Team Members' commission. Team Members are eligible to ½ cap at $7,500 while maintaining their own revenue & equity share positions, and are responsible for individual enrollment and brokerage fees.

Collective Team

Brand Collaboration

A Collective Team consists of two or more agents that may leverage a common team brand name/identity for marketing purposes and operate without a formal team agreement in place. Every Collective Team member is subject to a full cap, maintains their own revenue share & equity positions, and is responsible for individual enrollment and brokerage fees.
