   Include the ENRG logo to build brand equity within the region.

   • Approved logos can be found in the ENRG Brand Marketing Center.
   • If co-branding, the agent or team logo should be the same size as the ENRG logo.

   Agent name requirements

   • The name an agent uses in marketing must match the name on their license.
   • If they use an alternate name, nickname, or shortened version (e.g., "Phil" instead of "Phillip"), they must register it with the Kentucky Real Estate Commission (KREC) using Form 201.
   • No alternate, assumed, or nickname can be used until KREC approves the request.

   Team/group assumed name requirements

   • When more than one licensee is involved (e.g., team, group, or business entity), they may collectively use an assumed name for advertising only with written approval from the principal broker, using KREC Form 202.

   Brokerage name requirements

   • All advertising must include the legal name of the brokerage: ENRG or ENRG Realty.
   • The brokerage name must be larger than the team or agent name and/or logo.
   • The ENRG logo alone is not sufficient for compliance — signage must include ENRG Realty spelled out somewhere in the design.
   • Do not alter the ENRG logo (e.g., reversing characters or using custom typography in place of the official mark).
