   Include the ENRG logo to build brand equity within the region.

   • Approved logos can be found in the ENRG Brand Marketing Center.
   • If co-branding, the agent or team logo should be the same size as the ENRG logo.

   Agent name requirements

   • Must be used exactly as it appears on the license certificate and pocket card issued by the Maryland Real Estate Commission.
   • Must be meaningfully and conspicuously included in the advertisement.

   Teams / Branding requirements

   • A team must consist of two or more licensed Associate Brokers or Salespersons (or a combination) affiliated with the same broker.
   • The team must designate itself by a collective name that includes "Team" or "Group."
   • Team names may not contain "Real Estate," "Real Estate Brokerage," or "Realty," or any term implying the team offers brokerage services independent of ENRG.
   • A team name is only considered "directly connected" to the brokerage name if the only word between them is "of," "from," "with," or "at," with no other word, symbol, or image in between.
   • All other advertising rules must still be followed.

   Legal name of brokerage: ENRG Global Realty, LLC

   • Do not alter or stylize the ENRG name (e.g., reversed characters).
   • The ENRG logo alone is not compliant — the full legal name of the business must appear, not just a logo.
   • The brokerage name must be meaningfully and conspicuously included, in a size at least as large as the agent's or team's name in the advertisement.
   • Applies to any advertisement, including correspondence, mailings, newsletters, brochures, business cards, and for-sale/for-lease signs.
