Massachusetts Advertising Requirements

In all instances of advertising in the state of Massachusetts, every advertisement must include the following:

   Brokerage legal state name: ENRG Global Realty MA, LLC

   • The full legal brokerage name must appear in all advertising without exception.
   • Do not alter the ENRG logo or spelling in any way.
   • ENRG logo alone is not compliant.

   Agent's phone number

   • A valid agent phone number must be included in every advertisement.
3. 3

   Include the ENRG logo to build brand equity within the region.

   • Approved logos can be found in the ENRG Brand Marketing Center.
   • If co-branding, agent/team logo must be the same size as the ENRG logo.
