13. “Do Not Track” Signals

Some web browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) preference. Currently, there is no broadly accepted industry standard for recognizing and responding to DNT signals. ENRG Realty will treat DNT signals in accordance with applicable laws, but we cannot guarantee that all features will function as intended if DNT is enabled.
