I've been sel'ling real estate for over 25 years in CA. The last 15 have been with the largest franchise in the US. My best year was 2008, selling 120 homes. I've been investing all along in flip properties and SFR rentals. I recently adjusted some of my focus to include multifamily syndication. We have investments in AZ, NM, TX and OK totaling over 300 units. And, love playing some ultimate frisbee!
