Hi, I’m Patrick Brooks, the lead broker at Industry Property Group, part of ENRG Global Realty, here in Asheville, NC. I grew up working alongside my father in construction, learning firsthand the value of hard work, integrity, and building something that lasts. Those early lessons shaped the way I approach real estate today—with grit, creativity, and a commitment to serving people well. Over the past eight years, I’ve specialized in new construction, commercial properties, residential homes, large land tracts, and luxury sales across Western North Carolina. I’ve had the privilege of guiding hundreds of clients—families, builders, and investors—through some of the most important financial and personal decisions of their lives. Along the way, I’ve been recognized by Asheville Real Producers, Top Agent Magazine, and honored as one of Asheville’s “Top 40 Under 40” in real estate. But titles and numbers aren’t what drive me. Faith, family, and community are at the center of my life. I’m blessed to share life with my wife Megan, a certified yoga instructor whose heart for people inspires me daily, and our two amazing children, Olivia and Malikhai. Coaching my daughter in soccer, cheering her on in gymnastics, and spending time outdoors with my family—whether it’s hiking, mountain biking, or traveling together—keep me grounded and grateful. My journey hasn’t always been straightforward. I’ve faced challenges and seasons of rebuilding, including my own walk through sobriety. Those experiences taught me resilience, deepened my faith, and gave me a renewed sense of purpose in helping others. It’s why I approach every client relationship with empathy, understanding, and a focus on serving people as more than just a transaction. With more than 100 personal sales and millions in closed volume, I bring sharp pricing strategies, local market expertise, and a hands-on approach to every deal.
