Where She Is Now
SHERI IS ENERGIZED BY THE DUAL-CAREER OPPORTUNITY SHE HAS JUST STEPPED INTO — LEADING A REALTOR® ASSOCIATION WHILE RETURNING TO ACTIVE BROKERAGE PRACTICE.
She currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of the Guam Association of REALTORS®, guiding one of the island's most influential professional organizations and its nearly 600 members. In this role she oversees association management, government affairs, MLS operations and governance, professional standards, member education, and advocacy — a fierce champion of property rights, housing affordability, professional ethics, and consumer protection.
She is now also beginning a new chapter as ENRG Realty's California Designated Broker, bringing nearly three decades of brokerage leadership full circle. In this role she oversees the firm's compliance, agent supervision, and broker operations — mentoring its agents, protecting its clients, and setting the standard of professionalism she has championed her entire career.
California Broker, Top to Bottom
As a top-producing REALTOR®, Sheri owned the South Bay Team and Beach Cities Real Estate Team, earning Number One Agent and Number One Team honors for her office and region along with career awards including the Chairman's Club and Lifetime Achievement.
She managed the RE/MAX Beach Cities office in Manhattan Beach for over a decade as VP of Associate Relations and Career Development, served as Broker of Record at Keller Williams Beach Cities, and afterward became Designated Broker for Palm Realty Boutique in Manhattan Beach.
The South Bay Association of Realtors named her both REALTOR® of the Year and Broker of the Year — a rare double — and she's served two terms as its President, plus State Director roles for the California and National Associations of REALTORS®.
The Mentor Part Isn't Just a Title
Sheri has been in the business of growing people her whole career — and the industry noticed.
She was the first-ever recipient of the Los Angeles Business Journal Outstanding Mentor of the Year award, built mentoring programs at both RE/MAX and Keller Williams, and taught segments of KW's Ignite New Agent Training.
She's also the person other agents call about contracts and forms, having served on major CAR form-redevelopment projects and educational initiatives that have trained hundreds of professionals.
Off the Clock
Sheri holds an MBA in Organizational Development.
She is the wife of a retired Air Force officer, mother of three, and grandmother to five beautiful granddaughters.
She loves traveling and time on the golf course — where she cheerfully admits she loses more golf balls than she finds. If there's a water hazard or a sand trap within range, rest assured she'll find it before she finds the green.
