Texas Sign Compliance

   Include the ENRG logo to build brand equity within the region.

   • Approved logos can be found in the ENRG Brand Marketing Center.
   • If co-branding, the agent or team logo should be the same size as the ENRG logo.

   License holder name requirements

   • The name of the license holder, Registered Alternate Name, or Registered Team Name must be included in all advertising.

   Team name requirements (if on a team):

   • The team name must end with "Team" or "Group."
   • Team names cannot imply independent brokerage services, even if they include the words "Team" or "Group."
   • Team names must be registered with TREC (Texas Real Estate Commission).

   Legal name of brokerage: ENRG, ENRG Realty, or an ENRG-approved DBA

   • The ENRG logo alone does not suffice as the required brokerage name.
   • The brokerage name must be at least 50% the size of the largest contact information on the sign (e.g., the agent's name).
   • It must also be clearly visible and conspicuous to the general public.
   • Do not alter the spelling or design of the ENRG name or logo (e.g., reversed characters or stylized versions).
