Donnie's career didn't start with theory but rather market share. His firm Ocean Insiders held the number one position on Fisher Island for more than 20 years, built across more than 5,000 career transactions. He then founded ISG Asia, Florida's largest Mandarin-speaking real estate firm, navigating the cultural complexity and operational precision that kind of market demands.
The chapter most relevant to what he's building at ENRG, though, came at Side. As the first East Coast InSider during Side's growth to unicorn status, Donnie led the formation of 125 boutique brokerages across Florida. He watched, up close, what happens when growth is thoughtful and what happens when it isn't. He knows the difference between a brokerage that scales its promise and one that quietly abandons it.

Donnie steps into the CBO role at a specific moment in ENRG's build: the beginning of year two, with 17 operating states and a model that was never designed to win on volume. His scope includes leading the national rollout of ENRG's Marketing as a Service platform, guiding Blueprint Partnership consultations for teams and independent brokerages exploring a move, and building the compliance and operational frameworks that keep a multi-state operation consistent without becoming bureaucratic.
