Charles furthered his leadership journey starting in 2012 when he joined Coldwell Banker, quickly advancing to executive vice president roles across multiple franchises. His leadership philosophy, shaped by his personal experiences and professional mentorship, proved transformative when he joined eXp Realty. Partnering with an agent who had built a substantial organization, Charles played a pivotal role in growing their team from under 6,000 agents to nearly 15,000 in just 18 months. His success lay in emphasizing agent development, shifting away from aggressive recruitment towards fostering real community and effective agent support.
